I created The Confident Dancer Workbook because I know what it feels like to care deeply about something… and still feel held back by your own thoughts. As both a therapist and a dancer, I’ve seen how confidence, anxiety, and self-talk shape the way we show up—not just in dance, but in life.Â
This work is about learning how to come back to yourself in those moments. To steady your body, shift your thoughts, and reconnect with what you already know how to do. It’s not about becoming someone new—it’s about accessing the version of you that’s already there. And learning how to return to that version again and again.
